After a one week hiatus here is my second video blog. In this video I talk about some ways to make the push up a safer exercise. I also talk about some ways to improve the push up if you are able to perform reps on the floor.
The push up is one of the most popular exercises but unfortunately, I find it to be one of the most butchered movements. People will perform their push ups with flared out elbows, lose the link between their hips and shoulders, and even head butt the floor. These things will significantly decrease the effectiveness of push ups. Check out this video for tips to improve all of these problems and more:
