    LOVES  Endorphins!

During her 4 years in college she played competitive volleyball and loved the thrill of training and competition. After college she searched for that same feeling in other sports. She filled that need by running marathons and teaching group exercise classes. Realizing that fitness was a great way to meet people and feel great, she wanted to help our members feel the same way. Her latest passion has become spinning-the best all-around cardio/strength class that she has ever taught. Come join us and be energized and find your love of endorphins!
