Impact is a strength and conditioning facility that utilizes high-intensity functional training and offers a wide variety of programs and services to help you achieve optimal health, wellness and fitness. Our #1 focus is on coaching all of our clients to master basic fundamental movement patterns and building a strong fitness foundation. Class sizes range from 10-25 in our large groups which are always fun and engaging and 2 to 5 in our small group training sessions where you will work at the intensity appropriate to your ability.

MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate-based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories, time and MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs) , with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness.
Youth Fit Performance Programs
Whether your athlete is training for a sport, needs help with building strength and endurance or they just want to get back into shape, our coaches will be there to coach them to their goals.
